Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

B.Sc. in IPE/IE or relevant subject from any reputed university.

• 1 to 2 years

• Age 22 to 27 years

• Should have good communication skills.

• Must be very good at algorithms and analytical skills.

• Proactively engage in the planning, design, implementation.

• Must be a team player.

• Check and verify BOM accuracy against actual production materials, components and assembly processes.

• Prepare, upload and maintain BOMs in Oracle ERP according to approved product and engineering specifications.

• Review, edit, update and correct BOMs whenever there are changes in design, materials, components or production processes.

• Verify BOM vs. actual production consumption and identify discrepancies between system BOM and shop-floor requirements.

• Verify and support resolution of PIP mismatches, ensuring proper alignment between BOM, production requirements, and inventory records.

• Coordinate Engineering Change implementation in BOMs, including new models, localization, component changes and process modifications.

• Coordinate with R&I, VAT, TAX, MRP, Costing, Production and related departments to ensure BOM information is accurate and aligned.

• Support BOM-related costing and material planning by ensuring correct quantities, specifications and component structures are maintained.

• Monitor and resolve BOM-related production issues, including missing, excess, incorrect or obsolete components.

• Maintain BOM records, change history and documentation and ensure timely updates to support smooth production, accurate costing, inventory control and ERP data integrity.
