কর্পোরেট/বেসরকারী হাসপাতাল পরিচালনায় কমপক্ষে ৫ (পাঁচ) বছরের চাকুরির বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
আধুনিক মানের হাসপাতাল সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভিন্ন বিভাগ ও সেবাসমূহ এবং ব্যবসায় সংগঠন সম্পর্কে সুস্পষ্ট ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
হাসপাতালের ক্লিনিক সার্ভিস পরিচালনায় অভিজ্ঞতা ও দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের সকল ধরনের কাজের দায়িত্ব নেয়ার মানসিকতা ও যোগ্যতা থাকতে হবে।
হাসপাতালে নতুন নতুন বিভাগ সংযোজন, সংগঠন ও বাজেট নির্ধারণ করার অভিজ্ঞতা আবশ্যক।
টার্গেট নিয়ে কাজ করা এবং সকল বিভাগ ও জনশক্তিকে সে অনুযায়ী কাজে লাগানোর বিষয়ে প্রত্যয়ী হতে হবে।
