Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Education (M.Ed)
∎ Minimum Masters or equivalent from any reputed university
∎ Skills Required: Energetic and self-motivated, Excellent communication skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Education Administration/ Management, Education Counseling, Lecture, teaching and training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100% student admission in different course
∎ Prepare Yearly Action for the Institute
∎ Ensure 80% student attendance, reduce student dropout up to 75%
∎ Ensure completion of student Internee on time.
∎ Monitoring the regular classes as per class routine & lecture qualities
∎ Regularly counsel the irregular students
∎ Arrange various training to ensure staff development
∎ Prepare monthly class monitoring report & send to head office
∎ Provide proper direction to the subordinates to accomplish the tasks accurately.
∎ Monitor the institutional discipline & rules to properly implement.
∎ To do task as per the direction of higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
