Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and dynamic AI Presenter to deliver engaging, in-person product demos, AI training sessions, and host events targeted at educators, students, and guardians. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, the ability to simplify complex topics, and the presence to manage live sessions and questions effectively. This role is crucial for building trust, educating stakeholders, and enhancing adoption of our AI-driven solutions in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Product Demonstrations and AI-Based Training Sessions:

• Conduct live product demos and AI-based training sessions targeting teachers, students, and guardians at schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. These sessions will primarily be face-to-face to ensure direct interaction and engagement.

• Ensure each demonstration highlights the practical benefits and applications of the AI tools, while tailoring content based on the audience`s level of understanding.

• Provide comprehensive, clear, and engaging explanations of AI functionalities, ensuring participants understand how to use the technology in their specific educational context.

Host Educational Workshops and Promotional Events:

• Organize and lead workshops and seminars on AI applications in education, involving a range of audiences including teachers, students, and guardians.

• Manage event logistics, including arranging necessary materials, audiovisual tools, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Work closely with local stakeholders to drive participation and engagement in these workshops, ensuring that the events achieve the desired learning outcomes and interest in the product.

Support CSOs by Ensuring Workshops are Effectively Implemented:

• Work alongside Corporate Sales Officers (CSOs) to ensure workshops are delivered effectively, on time, and according to plan.

• Ensure that all resources required for workshops, such as training manuals, presentation slides, and AI tools, are available and functioning.

• Monitor the success of workshops by tracking attendance, feedback, and ensuring that the goals of each session are met.

Translate Technical AI Concepts into Simple, Engaging Language:

• Present complex AI technology in a straightforward and approachable manner, ensuring that even non-technical audiences (such as teachers or parents) can grasp the key concepts and benefits of the AI tools.

• Use real-life examples and case studies relevant to the education sector to make the AI product more relatable and understandable.

• Engage participants through interactive discussions, Q&A sessions, and demonstrations to maintain attention and encourage learning.

Handle Audience Queries with Confidence and Clarity:

• Be prepared to handle a wide range of questions during live sessions, from technical inquiries to practical applications in the classroom.

• Respond with confidence, ensuring that your answers are clear, concise, and help resolve any concerns or confusion among participants.

• Provide follow-up information if necessary and offer additional resources for participants to explore after the session.

Gather Feedback from Participants to Improve Future Presentations:

• Collect feedback from participants after each session, including their opinions on the content, delivery style, and overall experience.

• Use the feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of future presentations, training sessions, and workshops.

• Identify common challenges or questions raised by participants and address these areas in future presentations to ensure that all key issues are covered.

Represent the Company in a Polished and Professional Manner:

• Serve as a public-facing representative of the company at all events, maintaining professionalism in both appearance and conduct.

• Build trust and credibility by being well-prepared, knowledgeable, and responsive to participants’ needs.
