Responsibilities & Context:
Provide one-on-one support to children with special needs in both academic and behavioral development.
Assist the class teacher to ensure inclusive learning for special children.
Observe, guide, and support students to achieve individualized development goals.
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and the school administration.
Taking classes as per the requirements of the school.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and passion for working with children.
Previous experience in special education or child development will be an advantage.
