Responsibilities & Context:

A premier English Medium school following the Cambridge Curriculum, is seeking a visionary and dynamic Vice Principal to lead our institution. We are looking for an exceptional educator who is highly proficient in English and technologically savvy. Candidates with a strong background in English Medium schooling and prior experience in reputed international schools will be given priority.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Academic Leadership: Provide overall academic management, including academic planning, syllabus design, and curriculum development.

• Monitoring & Assessment: Oversee examinations, student assessments, and the ongoing supervision and monitoring of faculty and staff.

• Administration & Finance: Ensure smooth daily administrative operations and oversee school financial management.

• Growth & Outreach: Lead the admission process and actively drive school promotional activities.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Postgraduate degree from a reputed public university or a top-ranked private university (A degree in Science is highly preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of teaching experience, which must include at least 5 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal, Dean Academics, Academic Coordinator) at a top-ranked English Medium school. (Please note: Candidates without prior administrative experience need not apply).

• Curriculum Expertise: Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with the Cambridge Curriculum. Experience managing O Level and A Level students is highly preferred.

• Age Limit: 40 to 50 years.

• Skills: Excellent command of the English language and strong technological proficiency.
