∎ Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level·

∎ Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews·
∎ Strong interpersonal, Creative oral and writing both, Analytical, Problem solving, editing Skills·
∎ Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
∎ PR, marketing, Event planning experience·
∎ Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail·
∎ Must have the ability to organize press releases, press conferences, and 100% client satisfaction. Influencer Management/Marketing:
∎ 3/4 years of experience in Influencer marketing/management·
∎ Understanding influencer marketing strategies and techniques·
∎ Possessing a thorough knowledge of social media platforms and their optimal techniques·
∎ Proven track record of successful campaigns·
∎ Strong network of influencer contacts·
∎ Expertise in social media platform algorithms·
∎ Ability to negotiate contracts with influencers·
∎ Experience with budgeting and forecasting·
∎ Knowledge of FTC guidelines for sponsored content·

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
∎ Managing enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations
∎ Develop and implement PR policies and procedures
∎ Determine KPIs for PR department
∎ Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
∎ Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
∎ Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
∎ Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
∎ Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
∎ Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
∎ Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation and Analyzing media coverage
∎ Distributing information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
∎ Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations
∎ Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
∎ Manage media inquiries and interview requests
∎ Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours
∎ Managing and sharing content with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook
∎ Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government, media people, politicians, etc.Influencer Management/Marketing:

∎ Create and manage relationships with influencers, including negotiation of compensation and contracts.
