Job Context:
∎ We are hiring people in 3 posts for our super shop.
∎ 1. Outlet Operation Manager (1 person)
∎ 2. POS Operator (1 person)
∎ 3. Sales Assistant (8 people)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ## OUTLET OPERATION MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ -#You will be responsible for the following functions:
∎ -You will have to discharge your jobs to be assigned by the Management in The Community Magasin & will remain responsible for activities of Store Development, Sales Enhancement, Supply Chain Management, Staff Efficiency Enhancement, and Customer Inclusion under the control & guidance of Chief Operating Officer & Honorable Managing Partner. Detailed job description to be furnished after joining.
∎ ## POS OPERATOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ -Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers
∎ -Scan goods and collect payments
∎ -Ensure pricing is correct Issue change, receipts & refunds
∎ -Redeem stamps and coupons
∎ -Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are -correct and that there is adequate change
∎ -Make sales referrals, cross-sell products, and introduce new ones
∎ -Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
∎ -Bag items carefully
∎ -Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment
∎ -Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
∎ -Keep reports of transactions
∎ -Process returns and checks to see if items are damaged
∎ -Bag, box, or wrap packages
∎ -Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
∎ ##SALES ASSISTANT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ -#Operational/ Functional/ Business:
∎ -Maintaining product availability by close liaison with supply chain & category team.
∎ -Maintaining the highest level of customer care in a reliable manner and motivated staff at all levels at all times with external and internal customers.
∎ -Join daily departmental briefing on the department's promotional activities, product availability, sales, merchandising, price changes, and shelf ticketing & tracking.
∎ -Ensure standard display/merchandising for product traceability & visibility as per planogram and layout.
∎ -Ensure the right use of promotion price, display, communication, and service to customers.
∎ -Maintaining the specified highest standard of in-store hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, and health and safety procedure at all times.
∎ -Adhere to the effectiveness of the company's processes and procedures.
∎ -Relationship
∎ -Internal - Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing & Other Support Team
∎ -External -Suppliers / Vendors / Customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1. Outlet Operation Manager should be completed his or her Bachelor / Honors

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Age 20 to 30 years Both males and females are allowed to apply. 4-6 years experience as Operation Manager 2-5 years of working experience in the retail industry is required Skill Sets: Good communication & interpersonal skills, leadership & team building qualities, analytical ability, proactive and hard-working Working experience in different retail supermarket Key Success Factors: Achieving the departmental ABP targets in Sales, GP, GP% Reduce Stock Holding Days Adhere company`s process and policies
