Job Context:

∎ ICCO Cooperation is a leading INGO working for securing sustainable livelihood, justice and dignity for all in Bangladesh since 1972. In Cox`s Bazar intervention started following the influx of Rohingya refugees in August 2017. of the several projects implemented are focusing on self-reliance, livelihood, food assistance, social enterprise and farmers` market targeting both the host community and the Rohingya population.
∎ The PMEL & MIS Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely and adequate data collection, analysis, monitoring and evaluation of the activities of 2 projects based in Ukhyia (camp level) to adhere to the donor and ICCO monitoring, evaluation and learning standards. S/he will work under the Project Manager, coordinating with the PMEL team in Cox`s Bazar and Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position will be responsible to provide extensive support to ensure regular field visits, track progress, control and analyze the quality of the collected data, put in place post distribution monitoring mechanism, capture learning and best practice to increase project's visibility and .
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the M&E Framework of the Projects.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to ensure data quality
∎ Develop consolidated monthly and final reports
∎ Assist the project manager in preparing reports and other documents as required by the donor
∎ Design, conduct and oversee post distribution monitoring data collection using digital tools.
∎ Ensure beneficiaries' selection/ update list on a monthly basis, as per donor's requirements.
∎ Collect case studies from the field for qualitative progress monitoring
∎ Facilitate sessions/ training to improve staff capacity building especially on M&E
∎ Keep all records and provide information as per project need
∎ Attend meetings/ events organized externally and represent the project and ICCO properly
∎ Produce regular monitoring reports (monthly and quarterly) incorporation recommendations
∎ Any other MEAL tasks assigned by the supervisor/ PMEL team at district/ country level as per need
∎ The duties and responsibilities may change in order to requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in monitoring and evaluation in livelihood projects using digital technology
∎ Proven experience in applying monitoring methods, approaches and tools.
∎ Proven experience in survey design, data collection, both of qualitative and quantitative techniques.
∎ Knowledge of ICT tools (Smartphone technology) to collect data is an asset.
∎ Experience in working with projects funded by UN agencies, with a focus on food security, will be preferred.
∎ Work experience in emergency response projects/ Rohingya camps preferred.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla, including writing monthly reports, and present coherent and convincing messages to different audiences.
∎ Willing to live and work in Ukhiya Upazila.
∎ Punctual and good at time management and strong relationship building skills
∎ Good understanding of protection issues facing by the beneficiaries will be an added value
∎ An affinity with low-income consumers and producers
