Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, equipment, and GMP, FDA, MHRA compliance

Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily operations of the pharmaceutical plant, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Implement and maintain GMP standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of quality.
Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure timely product delivery.
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
Coordinate with quality control, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs without compromising quality or safety.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards
