  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, equipment, and GMP, FDA, MHRA compliance

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee daily operations of the pharmaceutical plant, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Implement and maintain GMP standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of quality.

  • Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure timely product delivery.

  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.

  • Coordinate with quality control, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs without compromising quality or safety.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards
