Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the pharmaceutical plant, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
∎ Implement and maintain GMP standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of quality.
∎ Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure timely product delivery.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
∎ Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
∎ Coordinate with quality control, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs without compromising quality or safety.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.

∎ Position Overview
∎ We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant Manager to oversee and manage all operations of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, knowledge of GMP, FDA, MHRA and proven leadership skills. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective production processes.
