Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the production capacity of the factories from booking, production planning up to shipment.
∎ Quickly analyze the situation to avoid production delays and manufacturing defects.
∎ Closely communicate with suppliers / buyers to get update for raw materials and trims in-house.
∎ Closely follow-up pre-production activities to meet the plan easily.
∎ Monitoring daily knitting, linking and finishing production (plan vs actual).
∎ Closely monitoring style change over for smooth production.
∎ Update daily, weekly and monthly plan and ensure the plan by proper following.
∎ Responsible for proper use of man, machine, materials and highest method.
∎ Analyze daily production figures and order status as compared to the Time & Action Plan, to confirm deliveries will be on track.
∎ Making effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, Supply chain, production head, & management team.
∎ Reviewing production plan time to time with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Ensuring the precise & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Identifying production irregularities & suggest for needful steps to concern management.
∎ Guiding and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Study and record time and motion, methods, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
∎ Tracking Production KPI by maintaining data synchronization with Related Departments.
