Job Requirements

• More than 10 years of on-site management experience in pipeline construction, with full project management experience in DI pipe projects.

• Familiar with pipeline installation, municipal engineering codes, construction procedures, and acceptance standards.

• Strong communication, coordination, emergency response, and team leadership skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility; able to work on-site long term and perform well under pressure.

• Age flexibility 30-55 years.

• Take full responsibility for the organization, coordination, and management of the construction site to ensure the project is completed on schedule with required quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with the owner, supervision consultant, subcontractors, and relevant government authorities.

• Control construction progress, costs, and resource allocation, and promptly resolve on-site emergencies and issues.

• Supervise the implementation of technical plans, ensuring compliance with design drawings and applicable specifications and standards.
