Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with patients who have a range of conditions, including Musculoskeletal, Neurological, Sports, and respiratory, sometimes over a period of weeks.
∎ Design and review clinical management plans and Encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of manual techniques, which may include special rehabilitation, lifestyle modification, long-term strategies, and clinical techniques.
∎ Educate patients and their caregivers about how to prevent and/or improve conditions.
∎ Follow the instructions of the reporting authority to exchange information about the background and progress of patients, as well as to refer patients who require other medical attention.
∎ Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Set up the SMART treatment Goal and prepare the treatment plan accordingly.
∎ Maintain the medical records of clients and update the patient’s improvement daily.
∎ TOT and Ergonomic Training, Educating and advising employees about how to prevent and improve physical conditions.
