∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline/Relevant degree on photography will be considered an advantage
∎ Educational Qualification can be relaxed for experienced Photographer

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working Areas: Photography (Product, Corporate Event, Interior, Exterior etc.), Product Presentation
∎ Arrange fashion products and take photographs in various ways in our in-house studio
∎ Produce unique, creative and artistic fashion photo concepts that will entice customers and buyers
∎ Organize the photography studio, follow company guidelines and client specifications
∎ Receive products, take photographs & return to concern departments
∎ Arrange edit photographs and submit to concerned departments
∎ Work with studio lighting in order to bring out the best features of the product
∎ Ensure all photographs are ready for use - this includes transparent backgrounds, removing shadows when necessary, removing hot spots and reflections, color corrected and ready for use
∎ Try creative ideas and work with Business Departments to raise innovation & new concepts

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 - 5 years’ work experience in Photography
∎ Should be very energetic, well-groomed, smart, creative, flexible, team worker, proactive and dynamic with a very good listening skills
∎ Should have a very strong portfolio
∎ Advance in Adobe Programs specially Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, Camera raw (“Strong Photoshop Skills” is a must)
∎ Video editing, Motion Graphics, 3D animation, will be considered an advantage
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Good written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - Intermediate level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized to meet deadlines efficiently
∎ Passion and Patience—all about getting the perfect shot
