Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Model & Beauty Retouching: Enhance high-fashion and commercial model images by refining facial features, smoothing skin, removing blemishes, correcting lighting, and maintaining natural texture for flawless yet realistic results.
∎ Jewelry Retouching: Perform meticulous editing of jewelry images, including color correction, shine enhancement, reflection removal, dust/scratch cleanup, and fine detail sharpening to ensure a luxury-quality finish.
∎ Portrait & Headshot Retouching: Retouch professional and personal portraits emphasizing skin tone correction, blemish removal, facial sculpting, eye enhancement, and teeth whitening while preserving a natural and professional appearance.
∎ Skin Retouching: Apply advanced retouching techniques to smooth and tone skin, remove imperfections, and balance colors while keeping skin texture intact for a high-end, natural finish.
∎ Glamour Retouching: Enhance glamour photography through dramatic lighting adjustments, skin smoothing, body contouring, and color grading to achieve a stylized, polished, and impactful look.
∎ Creative Retouching: Execute complex, artistic retouching projects involving compositing, surreal effects, dramatic lighting, or fantasy elements, using a strong eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics.
∎ Image Masking: Perform precise layer and hair masking for subjects with fine edges or complex backgrounds, enabling clean extractions or background replacements.
∎ Shadow Creation & Refinement: Add, adjust, or recreate realistic shadows (natural, drop, and reflection shadows) to improve image depth and authenticity, especially in product and model photography.
∎ Color Correction & Tonal Adjustments: Balance exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, and white balance to achieve consistent and visually pleasing results aligned with brand or project goals.
∎ Quality Control & Consistency: Maintain high-end retouching standards across all projects by reviewing work for accuracy, consistency, and quality before delivery.
∎ Understanding Instructions: Should have the ability to understand the proper technical features or instructions of the tasks according to the client’s requirements. Also should have the good engligh proficiency.
