Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Group of Companies, Diagnostic Centre

Diploma/Degree in Nursing or Midwifery or B.Sc. in Nursing; training or certification in Phlebotomy/Medical Laboratory Technology will be preferred.

• Only Male

• Must be from a Nursing or Midwifery background with academic and professional experience

• Proficient in venipuncture and capillary blood collection techniques

• Strong knowledge of infection control, biosafety, and hygiene protocols

• Ability to handle multiple patients in a fast-paced medical environment

• Excellent patient-care skills with a friendly and professional attitude

• Good communication skills in Bengali and English

• Physically and mentally fit to perform clinical duties

• Collect blood samples using proper and safe phlebotomy techniques

• Ensure accurate patient identification, labeling, and specimen handling

• Maintain a clean, sterile, and hygienic working environment

• Prepare and transport blood samples for laboratory testing

• Assist in collection and processing of urine, stool, and other specimens when required

• Maintain accurate records of patient data and sample collection

• Ensure patient comfort, especially for anxious or sensitive patients

• Follow international medical check-up standards required by embassies and immigration authorities

• Coordinate with medical officers, lab technicians, and administrative staff
