Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
- Dispense Unani/Herbal Medicines:
- Prepare, package, and dispense Unani or herbal formulations as prescribed by the doctors, ensuring correct dosage and patient safety.
- Patient Counseling:
- Provide professional advice to patients regarding herbal medication use, possible side effects, lifestyle guidance, and complementary care with modern treatments.
- Inventory & Quality Control:
- Manage and monitor stock of herbal/unani medicines, maintain quality assurance, and ensure all products meet regulatory and ethical standards.
- Research & Product Development:
- Support in developing new herbal formulations or improving existing ones based on traditional principles and modern evidence.
- Online Consultation Support:
- Assist doctors in virtual consultations by providing expert input on herbal prescriptions, product descriptions, and online patient queries.
