Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy
• Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

• Must be an A-Grade Registered Pharmacist with the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council. (Mandatory)

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and pharmaceutical laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite for data management and reporting and hands-on experience with pharmacy management software systems for prescription processing and inventory control.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong ethical values and a commitment to patient safety and well-being.·

• Preference will be given to candidates with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications, ensuring proper labeling and patient counseling on usage, dosage, potential side effects, and storage.

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, drug interactions, and contraindications.

• Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions, patient profiles, inventory, and all pharmacy operations in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Ensure strict adherence to the Pharmacy Ordinance 1976, Drug Control Act, 1982, and all other relevant pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines set by the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council and Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA).

• Provide professional and empathetic counseling to patients regarding their medications and general health concerns. Monitor and manage pharmaceutical stock, including ordering, receiving, storing, and ensuring proper temperature control for medications.

• Conduct regular checks for expiry dates and proper storage conditions of all pharmaceutical products.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses) to ensure optimal patient outcomes and medication therapy management.

• Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) programs to stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical science and practice.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.

• Any other duties as assigned by the management consistent with the role of an A-Grade Pharmacis
