Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience (freshers may apply if skilled).
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic server management.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
Basic understanding of network devices (router, switch, firewall).
Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent IT issues quickly.
Responsibilities & Context:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and software.
Provide technical support to all departments for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and related IT infrastructure.
Ensure data security, backup, and system recovery procedures.
Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
Update and maintain IT asset inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase and maintenance.
Support hospital management systems (HMS) and other software used in the organization.
Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of all IT services.
