Education:

  • Smart, presentable, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

 

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director and the MD Office.

  • Manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.

  • Draft, review, and maintain professional emails, letters, reports, meeting minutes, and official documents.

  • Coordinate and follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD Office.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information, business matters, and official correspondence.

  • Attend meetings when required and prepare meeting notes, action points, and follow-up reports.

  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation in a structured manner.

  • Ensure proper communication flow between the Managing Director and relevant departments.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business correspondence in a professional format.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
