Experience:
Candidates with an English Medium background (O Level, A Level) will be highly preferred.
Strong academic background and excellent communication skills will be considered an advantage.
Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
Strong proficiency in email drafting, business communication, and official correspondence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
Smart, presentable, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director and the MD Office.
Manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
Draft, review, and maintain professional emails, letters, reports, meeting minutes, and official documents.
Coordinate and follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD Office.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information, business matters, and official correspondence.
Attend meetings when required and prepare meeting notes, action points, and follow-up reports.
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation in a structured manner.
Ensure proper communication flow between the Managing Director and relevant departments.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business correspondence in a professional format.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
