Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: HM Expo Private Limited is looking for a smart, organized, and dedicated Personal Assistant to support daily office operations and management tasks. The ideal candidate should be sincere, proactive, and capable of handling clients and guests with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests and clients professionally.
- Handle customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage office marketing and other tasks as needed.
- Conduct bank transactions and keep financial records.
- Organize and maintain office files and documents.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Keep the office environment clean and presentable.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow.
- Maintain attendance, visitor, and task records.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
- Work sincerely with a responsible and positive attitude.
Duty Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
