Responsibilities & Context:

Administrative Support:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Management team, ensuring efficient communication and correspondence handling.

  • Manage daily schedule, including planning and organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and events.

  • Take detailed and accurate meeting notes and follow up on actionable items as needed.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required by the Management.

Lead Nurturing:

  • Track, manage, and nurture leads generated through various business development channels.

  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems or other tracking tools.

  • Communicate effectively with prospective clients to build and maintain relationships.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.

  • Actively participate in business development meetings and strategy sessions.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
