Personal Assistant to the Owner
Job Responsibilities:
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the owner’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and personal engagements. Ensure timely reminders and necessary preparations for each event.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for the owner, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Filter and prioritize communications, escalating urgent matters as needed.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing documents, managing filing systems (both digital and physical), and handling basic accounting tasks like expense tracking.
- Coordination of Business Operations: Liaise with salon and institute staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes coordinating with trainers, managing inventory for the salon, and organizing staff meetings.
- Client and Student Relations: Manage communication with high-profile clients and potential students. Handle inquiries, book appointments, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Event and Travel Planning: Organize and coordinate business trips, workshops, and special events for the owner and the institute. This includes booking flights, accommodations, and venues.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle all sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Project Assistance: Assist the owner with special projects and initiatives, conducting research and preparing reports as required.
- Resource Management: Manage and organize resources and information to ensure the owner has everything they need for their professional and personal tasks.
