Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and execute Learning & Development (L&D) strategy across the organization.
∎ Assist P&C Director (HR) in oversight of all strategic learning program and provide expert advice and guidance in developing talents and success leadership in organization.
∎ Assess the competence and analyze for preparing the capacity development plan year wise focusing on the country strategy.
∎ Assist the P&C Director in departmental staffs’ development in capacity and competence, and prepare Team to support business strategically.
∎ Design cost effective e-learning program and facilitate as required with other Learning Programs as per strategy.
∎ Ensure that the performance management system is functioning well with adaptation of new tools and processes.
∎ Work on change management keeping flow with the changes the organization embark on regularly.
∎ Coordinate the capacity building ventures of the technical areas of Program Quality and MEAL.
∎ Design and facilitate the leadership development training programs.
∎ Leverage Multi-Component Learning Culture - Work with HODs and Senior Management Team to develop 2nd liners and successors with the right kind of Leadership Development Program.
∎ Design, develop and establish learning / e-learning program towards Development goals – e.g. Career, Leadership Development program and talent pipeline for leadership and facilitate them locally and internationally.
∎ Development strategic P&C Team with required competence and commitment.
∎ Implementation of organizational development plan and integration of change management and communication targeted to organizational strategy.
∎ Integration of P&C (HR) team to other department or functions within WV Bangladesh, Regional and Global Center and external clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Have a thorough understanding of all areas of HR management and staff development, and knowledge of HR and OD practices, group processes and dynamics and able to apply it in Asian context.
∎ Understand the vision, mission of World Vision.
∎ Understand the Humanitarian industry.
∎ At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in L&D, Organizational Development or related fields, in a complex, international organization preferably in NGO context.
∎ Significant leadership experience in an International NGO environment, preferably in South Asia.
∎ Have people management skills and experience in a cross-cultural setting and initiated and implemented organizational change at leadership level.
∎ Proven leadership ability.
∎ Proven experience as a team player.
∎ Demonstrated collaboration skills.
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. IT skills in developing training programs online, and data analysis for Return on Investment (ROI).
∎ Demonstrated commitment to World Vision values and philosophy, and capacity to engage with the broader community in living these values.
∎ Have willingness to be open about others faith / discuss their spiritual life and respect others’ beliefs. e.g. participate in corporate spiritual life in an enthusiastic manner and respect for others’ opinions and religious beliefs.
∎ Demonstrate community involvement and interest in issues of justice.
∎ Active participation in community groups, child sponsor.
∎ Be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and accept diversity in the workplace.
∎ Understands issues regarding conserving resources, i.e. financial, physical and can improve efficiencies in work practices.
∎ Understand the international environment in which we operate together with other partners.
∎ Responsive to customer expectations in a timely and appropriate manner. Can make decisions under pressure.
∎ Must be willing and able to travel nationally up to 16 weeks per annum.
∎ Povide guidance, support, coaching and mentoring to P&C team members in the given focus area and ensure a culture of collaboration and communication is maintained.
