• Handle primary communication with clients through phone calls, messages, and direct communication.

• Follow up with existing and potential clients in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide clear information about services, appointments, and ongoing programs.

• Maintain daily communication records and submit reports as required.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service and follow-up.

• Support lead handling, appointment confirmation, and client engagement activities.

• Maintain a polite, professional, and client-friendly approach at all times.

• Assist management with communication-related tasks and reporting when needed.
