Follow up on lead and prospects for Annual Health Check programs
Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, and administrative departments
Ensure accurate patient records, billing information, and documentation
Develop and implement patient service policies and procedures
Monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards (e.g., patient confidentiality)
