∎ Minimum Graduate from a reputed organization.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The postholder will be responsible for meeting a daily & monthly sales target by communicating with the patients pro-actively, registering them under the Labaid Healthcare platform, and creating cross-sell and up-sell of Labaid services through relationship management approach.
∎ Counsel and help OPD patients at Labaid to get registered for Labaid health cards.
∎ Properly scan individual patient medical records for EMR.
∎ Communicate with the registered patients (from their own relationship pool) thru outbound/follow-up calls, social media, etc. to achieve cross-sell, up-sell targets.
∎ Co-ordinate with other departments to successfully provide services to patients.
∎ Update the database of patient-related information regularly.
∎ Prepare and submit operational reports as instructed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a patient-facing (sales/Service) role in any healthcare organization.
∎ Experience of working in a BPO organization will be an advantage.
∎ Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
∎ Excellent Communication (error-free, accent-free verbal and written with good body language) skills, IT friendly (social media operations), and pro-active in establishing relationship.
