• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education or a relevant subject field (students currently enrolled in degree programs may apply).

• Applicants must have an English Medium educational background with strong English proficiency.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

• 2–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience preferred (school, coaching center, or online).

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Ability to tailor lessons for different learning needs.

• Proficiency in English (and Bangla, if applicable).

• Passion for education and student success.

• Reliable internet connection (for online tutors) or reliable transportation (for in-person tutors).

• Background check and references (for verification).

• Availability of flexible hours (evenings and weekends preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with international curricula (CAIE, IB, O/A Levels).

• Prior experience teaching IELTS or English communication courses.

• Comfort using digital teaching tools and online platforms.

• Empathetic, patient, and self-motivated teaching approach.

Role Overview

Eduva is looking for dedicated, skilled, and inspiring tutors to join our growing team. We welcome tutors for Bangla Medium/Version, English Medium/Version (O/A Levels, CAIE), IELTS/English Proficiency training & Interns/Part time.

As an Eduva tutor, you’ll work directly with students to help them achieve academic success, build confidence, and develop lifelong learning habits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions (online)

• Design customized lesson plans aligned with each student’s learning goals.

• Assist students in various subjects such as Math, English, Science, Social Studies, and Test Prep (IELTS, SAT etc.)

• Track student progress and share constructive feedback with parents or guardians.

• Create a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.

• Adapt to diverse learning styles and use creative strategies to maintain engagement.

• Maintain communication with Eduva’s academic coordination team.
