∎ Master's or Bachelor in social science, Psychology, social work and other relevant fields.
Job Context:
∎ Sancred Welfare Foundation (SWF) is a non-profit and non-political national NGO established in 1997 aiming at implementing charitable and social welfare related activities for the deprived and disadvantaged section of the society. Walk For Life is a nationwide clubfoot project of SWF; has been working in Bangladesh since 2009. The main objective of the project is to provide affordable, accessible and quality services for all the children born with clubfoot deformity in Bangladesh so that no one suffers from this preventable disability.
∎ Joining Date: 1st October, 2022
∎ Duration of Project: 9 months starting from 1st October 2022 to 30th June 2023. More likely to be extended.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Locate and communicate the drop out clubfoot patients from the respective communities.
∎ Doing Home visit and motivate parents to continue treatment with Walk for Life.
∎ Keep the record of the drop out patients in the designated format
∎ Input the patient's data in the CAST administration system and find out the gap.
∎ Facilitates the promotion of Walk for Life program, services and events in the community.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan and monthly report and submit to line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant experience desirable.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Must be result focused and be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a multi-cultural team environment; Field visit about 50-60%
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
