Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interact with online customers through chat, phone to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and guide them through the purchasing process.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Process online orders promptly and accurately, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
∎ Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Ensure a seamless resolution of problems.

∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
