∎ Taking care of the page and talking with customer`s and taking the orders as page moderators.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and manage all customer issues related to customer service, service recovery, and credit control through the relevant departments.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize account performance and growth, reduce attrition rates, and minimize opportunities for competitors.
∎ Continuously develop your knowledge of our products/services and general commercial awareness to provide the best solutions to our customers.
∎ Address, resolve customer concerns, Explain products and prices.
∎ Good communication with customer and sale genarate.
∎ Receive and process customer orders.
∎ Provide order updates and resolve issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferable

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: One gross on each Eid festival
∎ Overtime: Applicable
∎ Working Days: 6 days/week
