Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth.
Maintain a clean and attractive display of bakery items.
Handle customer orders, payments, and product inquiries efficiently.
Write customized names or messages on cakes as per customer requests.
Ensure proper handling and presentation of bakery products.
Uphold company quality and hygiene standards at all times.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Handle customer feedback and ensure satisfaction through effective service.
