Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive sales & ensure excellent customer service.
∎ Oversee daily operations & maintain visual merchandising.
∎ Recruit, train, & motivate outlet staff.
∎ Keep proper accountability of inventory stock & prevent losses.
∎ Implement all types of promotion & marketing initiatives.
∎ Manage budget, sales reports, & cash management including other reports returns.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance & smooth operation of retail outlets.
