Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure GRN posting in time accurately
∎ Maintain update status of all Vendors
∎ Daily Statement of Purchases - Cash & Credit
∎ Reconcile daily Sales amount with cash and inventory
∎ Ensure remittance in time
∎ Disburse cash for appropriate expenses from petty cash fund and maintain Petty Cash
∎ Submit all necessary bills in time for reimbursement
∎ Must ensure all transactions through posting in software without delay
∎ Checking cash, inventories meticulously to prevent stock shortage and misappropriation
∎ Maintain Outlet Fixed Asset Register
∎ Ensure instant report on any financial irregularities and operational indiscipline
∎ Cooperate with the Internal Auditors
