Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Healthcare Campaign or DME Campaign or Insurance
  • Campaign (Claims Management)
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Must be fluent in English (Written and Verbal communication)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Working Time: Between 9 PM to 8 AM Bangladesh Time, Will inform the exact time
  • in final interview session.
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday


Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Outbound Calling Agent to join our

insurance claims team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assessing

the effectiveness of our outbound calling process, identifying potential issues, and

areas for improvement, and ensuring the accurate and efficient handling and

processing of insurance claims.

  • 1. Outbound Calling Process Management:
  • Assess the effectiveness of the outbound calling process.
  • Identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain call flow with AI Bot.
  • Gather data and feedback to refine calling scripts and processes.
  • 2. Claims Handling and Processing:
  • Handle and process insurance claims efficiently.
  • Verify and validate claims in accordance with client guidelines and policies.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to expedite claims resolution.
  • Assess and analyze submitted insurance claims.
  • Identify discrepancies and ensure claims are processed accurately.
  • Liaise with policyholders and other relevant parties to gather necessary
  • information.
  • 3. Information Collection and Analysis:
  • Accurately collect information during outbound calls.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all records and reports.
  • Analyze collected data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
  • 4. Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Communicate effectively with policyholders, adjusters, and other relevant parties.
  • Facilitate smooth and timely resolution of claims by coordinating with internal and
  • external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to management on claims processing status and any
  • identified issues.
  • 5. Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client guidelines, and industry
  • regulations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of outbound calling practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
