• Minimum of 5 years of commercial creative retouching experience and international client project
• Additional Experience:
• 5+ years of proven experience in high-end photo retouching.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Lightroom preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced retouching and compositing skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects independently and under pressure.
• Prior experience in fashion, beauty, e-commerce, real estate, or the advertising industry is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Leadership experience or mentoring background is a plus

RiseupLabs is looking for a Senior Photo Retouching Expert to deliver high-end image editing and visual enhancement services. The role involves advanced photo retouching, color correction, background cleanup, and creative compositing to meet global client standards. Strong technical expertise, aesthetic sense, and experience in leading retouching projects are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced photo retouching, including skin correction, product refinement, color grading, and image enhancement.
• Perform advanced real estate photo retouching, including HDR blending, exposure balancing, color correction, and perspective adjustments.
• Maintain consistency in quality and visual standards across high-volume projects.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and art directors to understand creative direction.
• Review and approve retouching work, guiding junior and mid-level retouchers.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery under strict deadlines.
• Organize and maintain digital assets for efficient workflow.
• Stay updated on the latest tools, techniques, and industry trends to optimize processes.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for faster background replacement, object removal, color correction, and bulk enhancements.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.
