∎ Minimum MBA/ Master’s degree from reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional certification in PMPITILPrince2 is treated as advantage,Oracle corporation offered training or certification preferred.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders, ensuring adherence to the project timeline
∎ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
∎ Oversee the day-to-day activities of project team direct and indirect reports to ensure project deliverables are completed accurately, on time and to the required quality assurance standards
∎ Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis through formal and informal channels
∎ Identify, document, track and communicate project risks/issues, and assist in resolution or mitigation
∎ Perform effective risk management to resolve issues/conflicts that may arise within the project team
∎ Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
∎ Track project performance, to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
∎ Identifying, reporting and resolving workplace or interpersonal barriers that may affect the team and its performance
∎ Adapt best practices and tools for project execution and management based on unique client situations and contexts.
∎ Maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding and aligning their objectives and perceptions with the contract scope as the customers technical point of contact to deliver Oracle services contracts.
∎ Host and facilitate meetings, record effective notes, and drive action items post meeting as well as communicate status including risks and hurdles
∎ Proactively guide customers to success through the usage of Oracle technologies to support their business and uncover more business opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as project coordinator/manager in ERP project (Oracle preferred)
∎ Minimum 7 years of work experience in Software Implementation.
∎ Solid understanding of project management best practices based on a global ERP in a group environment.
∎ Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
∎ Confident, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility
∎ Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and support teams
∎ A desire and willingness to learn new ERP modules, tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
∎ Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Applications will be an advantage.
∎ Understanding of relational databases (tables, views, indexes, functions, and replication)
∎ Very strong communication and documentation skills (Verbal and Written in English).
∎ Very strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
∎ Very eager to learn new concepts and technologies for digital transformation
∎ Very strong teamwork, issue tracking and issue management skills
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
