Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders, ensuring adherence to the project timeline
∎ Oversee the day-to-day activities of project team direct and indirect reports to ensure project deliverables are completed accurately, on time and to the required quality assurance standards
∎ Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis through formal and informal channels
∎ Host and facilitate meetings, record effective notes, and drive action items post meeting as well as communicate status including risks and hurdles
∎ Identify, document, track and communicate project issues/risks, and assist in resolution or mitigation
∎ Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
∎ Adapt best practices and tools for project execution and management based on unique client situations and contexts.
∎ Maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding and aligning their objectives and perceptions with the contract scope as the customers technical point of contact to deliver Oracle services contracts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Solid understanding of project management best practices
∎ Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
∎ Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and support teams
∎ A desire and willingness to learn new ERP modules, tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
∎ Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Applications will be an advantage
∎ Eager to learn new concepts and technologies for digital transformation
