∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Embassies/Foreign Consulate
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Face to Face Customer Service with set standard
∎ Communication, reporting and MIS
∎ Data entry
∎ Carry out any other tasks as delegated by the Reporting Head

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good in English and Bengali Speaking
∎ Very good in English typing speed.
∎ Proficient in computer applications (mainly in Microsoft Office Excel and Word).
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Should be keen to learn, Well-disciplined and well mannered.
∎ Must be smart, energetic, self motivated.
∎ Ready to work on flexible hours as directed by the Management

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Incentive Overtime Allowance in cash Conveyance Allowance in cash

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance, Gratuity, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
