Perform Root cause Analysis.Good communication skill in both verbal and written with good presentation skills.Communication skills in Bangla and English.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.Good Analytical and Organizing Skills.Good Planning and decision Making Skill.He must be able to manage People.Ability to work under pressure.He must possess ownership and dedication towards the responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Deep understanding on Customer Service through frontlines.· Excellent presentation, good negotiation and motivational skill.· KPI driven in terms of Revenue, Sales, Service and Customer Satisfaction.· Good understanding in workforce management.· Capability of handling critical issues.· Innovative mindset to improve Customer experience.· Process & policy improvement and align team properly with operation process. Innovation in work will be appreciated.· Outstanding collaboration and co-ordination capacity across team.· Interested to learn and develop every day.· Planning cost effective ways to run day to day store and Service operations.· Design and create plans of action for the various stages of the customer service process.· Monitor team productivity and address issues as they arise to ensure maximum efficiency and consistent service experiences.· Day-to-day management of all customer-facing teams to ensure all teams work towards the same goals.· Work collaboratively and partner with different departments to ensure that efforts to maintain customer satisfaction are consistent.· Continuously monitor metrics and leverage customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of service practices.
