Oversee daily diagnostic center operations
Ensure smooth coordination between the lab, reception, and administration
Maintain service quality and patient satisfaction
Develop and implement operational policies & SOPs
Monitor staff performance and operational discipline
Coordinate marketing campaigns
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
Control operational cost and resource utilization
Prepare operational reports for management
Handle emergency and operational issues efficiently
Support strategic planning and service improvement
