Responsibilities & Context:

• Project Planning and Management: Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and budget allocation.

• Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise project staff including laundry attendants, supervisors, and administrative personnel. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure that the team is motivated and aligned with project goals.

• Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations of the laundry facility, ensuring that laundry processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and garment care. Regularly inspect equipment, review cleaning procedures, and address any issues promptly.

• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of laundry supplies, detergents, and equipment spare parts. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and replenishment of stock.

• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals, adherence to sanitation protocols, and maintenance of a clean and hazard-free work environment.

• Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the project budget, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or service.
