Pest Control
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and build the pest control division from the ground up.
∎ Work closely with Orkin Headquarters in USA and other Orkin franchisees to transfer technology and pest control techniques to ensure the prototype is successfully transitioned to local field level technicians.
∎ Coordinate and direct the daily work activities of technicians to ensure all scheduled jobs are completed timely and efficiently with minimal down time. Also to provide technical support as needed.
∎ Order, approve and verify equipment, chemical supplies and materials required for service.
∎ Oversee HR performance and manage sales executives and technicians.
∎ Handles customer complaints; investigates and resolves customer service concerns.
∎ Report directly to Chief Executive Officer on day-to-day operational and technical activities.
∎ Work weekends to support technical team, if and when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years of previous working experience including at least 1 year in the field of pest control service.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive remuneration package including paid leaves, paid when working overtime or during holidays.
