Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Management (MBM)
∎ Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

∎ Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the IT industry.
∎ Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

∎ Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and risk assessment.
∎ Proficiency in project management tools and software.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

∎ Oversee project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout project lifecycles.
∎ Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
