∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in online sales or customer service.
∎ Good understanding of F-Commerce (Facebook business page management) and E-Commerce platforms (e.g., Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
∎ Proficient in social media communication and product posting.
∎ Strong communication skills in Bangla (English preferred).
∎ •Basic knowledge of women’s clothing and fashion trends.
∎ Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and maintain customer relationships.
∎ Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar will be an added advantage.

∎ Communicate with customers through Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
∎ Respond to queries, take orders, provide product information, and follow up on leads.
∎ Create and manage product posts (photos, descriptions, offers) on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
∎ Handle order processing and customer management for Facebook commerce (F-Commerce) and E-Commerce websites.
∎ Update stock, monitor customer feedback, and ensure timely delivery coordination.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to run campaigns and boost online sales.
