Online (web/ e-mail) Support, Online Marketing, Online sales, social media operation, Tele Marketing, Telecommunication Products & Services
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with existing and potential customers through social media platforms and over phone.
∎ Solve their queries through the above-mentioned channels.
∎ Facilitate and clarify the customers with any query regarding any product, mostly through social media page.
∎ Update the customers about any upcoming or newly launched product of PAL while answering to their questions.
∎ Answer all of the client queries by the end of each of the designated shift timeline, each day.
∎ Facilitate and contribute towards company's sales overall.
∎ Engage in any other relevant tasks delegated by Department head/ Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Selected candidates must have FAST TYPING SPEED.
∎ Work Shedule and Duration:
∎ Each employee has to work for 7 days every 2 weeks each month
∎ Employees will be assigned alternatively to one of the 2 shifts each week:
∎ Day Shift: 9am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch break
∎ Night Shift: 5pm to 12am with 1 hour dinner break
∎ Selected employees will have to work for Both the shifts alternatively each week flexibly on rotation basis.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 17000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ The employees who get assigned to night shift duty will receive transport facility.
