Responsibilities & Context:
- Social Media Management
- Create and manage pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Write captions, blogs, or ad copy that attract customers.
- Design promotional images, short videos, or reels.
- Create and manage Facebook Ads / Google Ads campaigns.
- Use proper keywords, titles, and meta descriptions.
- Send promotional emails, newsletters, or SMS campaigns.
- Understand customer behavior and preferences.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Maintain communication with leads and repeat buyers.
- Follow up on inquiries to turn them into sales.
- Work with designers, content creators, or sales teams.
