Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in management/Supply Chain Management or any others relevant subject.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and issue purchase orders and to maintain information on suppliers, screens procurement requests, call for quotations and evaluate quotations and issue purchase orders to the competitive vendors.
∎ Identify potential contract areas were efficiencies
∎ Beating the tender, supervising and implementation, LC Opening from Bank in time as per requirement.
∎ Taking Supply Chain Cost savings initiatives which contribution towards to bottom line of the business.
∎ Studying the Possibility of provisioning a cost-effective purchasing service in the corporation in accordance with the financial manual.
∎ Ensure that the procurement procedures are in compliance with the financial and procurement manual of the company.
∎ Control proper maintenance of records on office equipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Language: Fluent In English

Salary: Negotiable
