∎ Candidate must have work experience in Finished Fabric Store in any reputed RMG industry
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive and inspect finished fabric from dyeing/finishing units and ensure accurate documentation.
∎ Maintain proper storage of finished fabric in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and update records in ERP or manual stock registers.
∎ Issue fabric to relevant departments (cutting/production) as per production plans.
∎ Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management system is followed.
∎ Coordinate with quality control to ensure only approved fabrics are stored or issued.
∎ Conduct regular stock reconciliation and assist in monthly/quarterly physical inventory audits.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and order in the fabric store.
∎ Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly fabric stock reports to management.
∎ Comply with all safety and compliance standards as per company and industry requirements.
